All payments will be processed within 48 hours to 72 hours or a maximum of 7 days if the account needs more time to be reviewed.
Once the withdrawal has been processed and payment has been made by Familybtc.com, we assume no additional responsibility and can not be held responsible for any problems caused by the payment processing companies. We are not responsible if you pay additional fees to the payment processors.
Make sure that the payment processor account you create is with a company that allows payments to your country.
All payments will be sent to the preferred account and can not be canceled or refunded.
We do not make refunds or strict refunds to account values after payments have been successfully sent. It is your responsibility to complete your data correctly.
For security reasons, Familybtc.com reserves the right to delay and cancel any request for payment and request more information from the member.
For security reasons, Familybtc.com has the right to request proof that you are the rightful owner of your payment processor and your Familyclix account should we find you a suspect.
If you do not provide us with the documentation of the test within 5 business days, your account will be suspended and all income will be eliminated.
